What Are The Best Times to Post on Social Media Sites
Timing is EVERYTHING.
Are you posting at 12am on Facebook, after a long day? Well you're probably not getting the traffic you want when everyone is asleep. For each outlet there are different peak times where your message will be optimized for the most views!
For Twitter, the best time to post is between 1-3pm. Probably because people are on their lunch breaks and browing stories. They are basically bored, and trying to see what's trending. Facebook's peak hours are also similar 1-4pm, but people spend more time on Facebook and find it more engaging.
The best time to post a picture on Instagram or post on Linkedin is between 5-6pm because people are slowly leaving work, they might be job hunting on their commute or they are snapping pics to post on instagram.
For Tumblr and Pinterest, the evenings work best. Since Pinterest is used by a majority of women planning an event, wedding, or looking up DIY projects, they are not doing this during the work day, but sometime after dinner. Pretty much picture a woman sitting in her PJs shopping online on ther couch!
If your looking to publish content on Google + its best to start in th early morning between 9-11. Basically, everyone logs into their Gmail when they get to the office. Right?
